It's been 31 years since a teenaged Tanita Tikaram signed to WEA and became a blue-eyed soul, easy listening and soft rock star all over Europe. While her star faded in the early 90s, the work she's produced since has arguably been superior. This "best of" style retrospective looks back on her career to date, flitting between poignant acoustic versions of some of Tikaram's most popular songs ("My Love", "To Drink The Rainbow" and "Valentine Heart") and the cream of her material. It proves the extent of the subtle variety within her work, too, with the samba-soaked "Amore Si", 1960s-soul and rock-influenced "The Way You Move" and jazz style "Play Me Again" standing out.
